In this workshop you will learn about your inner critic, what it is, how you got one and ways you can work with and even befriend your inner critic. Participants will learn to recognize their particular type of “Inner Critic” from the seven types. Also you will discover when the inner critic is running your life, when it should and shouldn’t, how to turn down the volume of this voice and reconnect with the language of the authentic self.
