As spiritual people sometimes we have difficulty navigating conflict from a place of power and grace. In this workshop we will explore the communication styles of highly sensitive and not so sensitive people. Also, tools gleaned from non-violent communication practices will be taught and role played to increase your understanding and mastery.
Workshop Notes: This workshop can be formatted as a one hour or 1.5 hour workshop. Attendees will need a pen and paper no other items are required for this workshop.
