What Spaces Are Available for Bookings?
At OCSL, we have rooms for just about everything, whether a big room for 500 people or rooms for smaller events. It’s a peaceful and inviting area that makes it easy to host interactive presentations due to the audio-visual system in place. For smaller gatherings, there is a quiet social hall that allows for a capacity of 125 people to be comfortably seated for more closely-knit workshops or group sessions.
What Equipment and Amenities Do We Offer?
With a booking at OCSL, you have several pieces of equipment and spaces to use with your rental. Everything from audio-visual equipment to projectors, microphones, and sound to ensure smooth presentations. You will also have free Wi-Fi throughout the facility and tables and chairs, which are included in your rental price. Also included in the Social Hall is a kitchen space to prepare refreshments or light meals for your workshop attendees.
Is Catering Allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to hire your own caterer for meals, snacks, or refreshments for your guests. You can use the kitchen area of the social hall to prepare and store food items, but we recommend that you discuss some areas of catering with our staff so that everything goes smoothly. If desired, we can also recommend local caterers who have worked with us and, therefore, are familiar with our space.
How Do I Book A Space?
Booking space at OCSL is easy. You may start the process online through our website, or you can also call our facility coordinator directly to confirm space availability and discuss the needs of your event. We recommend you make your bookings as early as possible to ensure the date you want is available, especially for weekend events, since our facility is in demand. Once confirmation has been made, a rental agreement form will be required, seconded by your deposit to hold the space.
From the very beginning, our team is available to take you through the booking process and answer any questions you may have. Tours of our facility are also available if you would like. We want to ensure that from the very start, your event is set up for success in your booking with us.
