2026 Virtual Wednesday Oasis
“Due to low participation and limited resources, we are suspending Midweek Oasis for now until a team can vision, plan, and seek input from the community on what to offer for greater participation.
Please note: The joint three community Social Justice/Sacred Activism gatherings will continue on the second Wednesday of the month. Please watch for advertisements.”

OCSL Prayer Request
In our form of affirmative prayer, we are announcing. We are remembering what is true about the goodness of this life and declaring it to be so. We are particularizing the love of God, the energy of the Universe, in our own life. ~Scott Awbry
Affirmative prayer is a major spiritual practice at Oakland Center for Spiritual Living. Everyone can learn to pray affirmatively. Trained Licensed Prayer Practitioners choose to make affirmative prayer their mission. To find a list of all the Practitioners, Click Here. Practitioners offer prayer to anyone at no cost. Our ongoing coin drive is Abundance in Action. It demonstrates that we are Open at the Top. We affirm that “My giving blesses the world. I allow abundance to flow freely. I joyfully give and receive. I am grateful for the overflow.” There is a coin canister at the back of the sanctuary and one in the lobby. Thanks so much for your generosity.
